KEEPING my core values ALIGNED with my future motivations, I HAVE SET SOME SHORT TERM AS WELL AS LONG TERM GOALS IN MOTION. Core caring values such as compassion, trust, humor, dependability, and teamwork HELP SHAPE MY FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PLANS. LONG TERM, MY main goal is obtaining a master’s degree in nursing. With this new master’s degree I plan to continue my journey in leadership. Utilizing caritas processes as well as many other theories learned in this program, I hope to create many caring moments and deeper profound connections with my patients. leadership not only allows me to GIVe BACK TO THE NURSING COMMUNITY, BUT ALSO ALLOWS ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP SHAPE AND INSPIRE THE FUTURE OF NURSING WITH A CARITAS EMPHASIS.
